Managing Director of Appraisal Services

The Managing Director of Appraisal Services will be responsible for overseeing and managing the industrial appraisal division at Rosen Systems. The applicant will also be responsible for inspecting, researching, and valuing a wide range of industrial and commercial assets for clients across multiple industries. This role combines managerial responsibilities, hands-on fieldwork, detailed report preparation, and market analysis.

• Manage and grow the appraisal service division and staff.
• Conduct on-site inspections of industrial, manufacturing, and commercial equipment.
• Research market trends, comparable sales, and replacement costs to establish accurate valuations.
• Prepare detailed appraisal reports in compliance with USPAP standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with auctioneers, analysts, and clients to ensure accuracy and clarity of appraisals.
• Maintain organized records of inspections, photos, and valuation data.
• Travel to client locations as needed (regional and occasional national travel).
