Auction Operations Manager - South Texas

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Auction Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Houston, TX. The Auction Operations Manager will oversee auction planning and execution, manage auction logistics, coordinate with clients, and supervise teams to ensure efficient auction processes. This role involves preparing auction sites, ensuring assets are accurately cataloged for sale, managing the removal process, and maintaining a safe/clean work environment throughout the process.

• Responsible for working as part of a team to prepare auction sites with duties to include: Cleaning, Organizing, Cataloging, & Photographing.
• Working with clients and other stakeholders to maximize efficient returns
• Oversee removal process and deliver a clean premises at the end of the project

• General Knowledge of Machinery & Industrial Assets
• Willingness to Work Hard and Travel on Occasion As Needed
• Ability to Work as Part of a Team to Achieve Strategic Goals and Meet Deadlines
• Bilingual (Spanish) Mechanical or Maintenance Skills a Plus!
