Michael Rosen, President

Mr. Rosen has over 40 years of auction/appraisal experience in the machinery and equipment industry, all with Rosen Systems. He began in this business working for his father, Irv Rosen, and has served in various management roles throughout the business including field supervisor, senior appraiser, and auctioneer. Mike earned his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 1976. He also is a certified equipment appraiser (CEA) and real estate broker. Mike has served on the boards of the Industrial Auctioneers Association, and Machinery Dealers National Association, and is a past president of the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers, and is a member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) and Texas Auctioneers Association (TAA).

David Dalfonso, Vice President of Valuations

Mr. Dalfonso has over 25 years of experience in the valuation and appraisal industry, specializing in machinery and equipment, all with Rosen Systems. David has served in various roles throughout his tenure including director of research, auctioneer, and senior appraiser. David earned his Bachelor of Science in business management from The College of Steubenville. He is also a certified equipment appraiser (CEA), and a member of the MDNA, AMEA, and National Association of Credit Management.

Stephen C. Rosen, Vice President of Real Estate

Mr. Rosen has over 25 years of experience in the valuation and appraisal industry, specializing in real estate. Steve earned his BA from The Universityf Memphis, and his MPA from Southern Methodist University. In addition he is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in both Georgia and Texas. Steve is also an associate member of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, and the Society of Real Property Administrators.

Kyle Rosen, Vice President of Auction Services

Mr. Rosen has been in the industrial auction and appraisal industry since 2003, specializing in machinery and equipment, all with Rosen Systems. He has served in various roles including director of research, field supervisor, appraiser, and auctioneer. Kyle earned his Bachelor of Economics with an emphasis in business from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a member of the Industrial Auctioneers Association (IAA) serving on the board of directors as president, treasurer, and vice president, National Auctioneers Association (NAA), and Texas Auctioneer's Association (TAA).  Kyle is also an Accredited Equipment Appraiser (AEA) through the AMEA.

Colleen Heaton, Director of Operations, South Texas

Ms. Heaton began her auction career in 2009 leading teams with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) auctions, inventories, and appraisals. She specializes in managing U.S. Bankruptcy cases, business liquidations, and institution surplus auctions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Columbia College. In 2014 she obtained Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA) designation through the National Auctioneers Association (NAA).  Colleen became a Texas licensed auctioneer in 2020.

Kyrah Lewis, Director of Advertising & Marketing

Kyrah is a graduate of Jacksonville State University, where she earned her AACSB Accredited Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She has over a year of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist & Social Media Manager.
